Hi @titus_2002,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Thank you for contacting HP Support. We understand you're experiencing issues with Bluetooth suddenly disappearing and audio problems on your HP Victus laptop running Windows 11. Let’s go through the steps to diagnose and fix this issue.
Step 1: Check Bluetooth Status in Device Manager
- Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
- Look for Bluetooth in the list:
- If Bluetooth is missing: Go to “View” > “Show hidden devices”.
- If still missing, your Bluetooth driver may have failed or been removed.
Step 2: Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter
- Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Find Bluetooth and click Run.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to detect and fix issues.
Step 3: Reinstall the Bluetooth Driver
If Bluetooth is missing or not working:
- Go to Device Manager > Expand Bluetooth (if present).
- Right-click your Bluetooth adapter (e.g., Realtek Bluetooth Adapter) and select Uninstall device.
- Restart your laptop — Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver automatically.
If it doesn’t reinstall:
- Visit the HP Support Page: Official HP® Support
- Enter your model (e.g., HP Victus 15) and download the Bluetooth driver under “Driver-Network”.
Step 4: Enable Bluetooth Services
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Look for these services:
- Bluetooth Support Service
- Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service
- Make sure they are:
- Running
- Startup Type is set to Automatic
If not:
- Right-click > Properties > Set Startup Type to Automatic > Start the service.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
