Anyone else have trouble entering password on wireless input screen? I cannot seem to get"6" in. The screen will either give "5" or "7". "6" will popup for a second, but then will either go to "5" or "7"

Hi @Sachem1

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try these steps -

1) Take out the cartridges.

2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.

3) Wait for 30 seconds.

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.

5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

Also check for printer updates -

1) On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, swipe left to see ( Setup ) and touch  ( Setup ).
2) Touch Tools.
3) Touch Update the Printer.
4) Touch Check Now.

Try running the wireless wizard again -

1) On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Wireless ).
2) Touch ( Settings ).
3) Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.
4) Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Or, you may also try connecting the printer using your phone -
