Hi,.

my laptop only showing 2Ghz networks, not showing 5Ghz wifi networks, am trying to upgrade my laptop chipset, Authorized person says its not possible and not available at service center, 

kindly provide full solution for my problem.

Hi:

 

Your notebook comes with a Realtek single band (2.4 GHz only) Wi-Fi adapter.

 

You can replace your notebook's existing card with this model which is both dual band AC and has Bluetooth:

 

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure:
