my laptop don't show 5GHz network so what should i do

Hi:

 

I cannot find any such model as a 14-r014tx.

 

All I can find is a 15-r014tx, and the specs for that model indicate that it comes with a single band wifi card.

If your notebook has the same Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter, that is a single band wifi card that only works on the 2.4 GHz wifi band.

 

If you want to connect to the 5.0 GHz wifi band, you will have to purchase a USB dual band wifi adapter.
