HP 15-bs002nu
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I can't find the bluetooth device in my notebook HP 15-bs002nu.
I check in Device manager but it's also missing there.
I've tried also:
Control panel ->System&security->Administrative tools->Component services->Services local->Bluetooth Support Service->Properties->Startup type: (I turn it to) - Automatic-> Service status: (I turn it to) - Started. Then I'd restarted my notebook. After all the problem is still remain.

Please, help me to fix this problem.

Hi:

The product specs for your notebook indicates that your notebook came with built in bluetooth.

You posted that you are running W7 x64.  Is that correct?

If so, did you install the required W7 bluetooth driver for the model wifi adapter your notebook comes with?

If you let me know what model wifi adapter your notebook has, I will post the link to the W7 BT driver you need.

Hi, Paul,

Thank you for your quick response!

Yes, I'm usingWindows 7 Ultimate x64.

Here are the devices in my  "Network Adapters" category in Device Manager:

- Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter #3

- Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller

- Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapter

My laptop came without drivers CD included in the pacage, but
I've installed all Important and recommended updates and drivers from Windows Update.

You're very welcome.

You need this bluetooth driver for that model wifi card...

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek Bluetooth in the supported notebook/laptop models that are running a supported operating system.

Thank you again:)

Unfortunately, when i started installing the driver, next message appeared:

"Confirm that Bluetooth is enabled on your systemPlug in your device and click 'OK'  "

And when I click 'OK':

"Realtek bluetooth is not installed on your system"

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I don't know why that happened.

See if the latest W7 BT driver directly from Realtek works for you...1st driver on the list.

Hi:

See if installing the HP connection manager software, retarting the PC, and use the connection manager software to turn on the bluetooth radio works.

This package provides the HP Connection Manager for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Hi:

I suggest you contact HP technical support for further assistance.

It is possible that the bluetooth radio on the wifi card is defective, and the wifi card would need to be replaced.

There should be a bluetooth radios device manager category with or without the driver installed.

Also check the BIOS and see if there is a bluetooth setting you have to enable.

There shouldn't be, but it doesn't hurt to check before you call HP.
