Hi @Vishoo,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your Bluetooth is not being detected on your HP Pavilion Aero 13 laptop, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue.

  • Check if Bluetooth is enabled: Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app, then go to Devices > Bluetooth & other devices. Make sure the Bluetooth toggle switch is turned on.
  • Restart your laptop: Sometimes a simple restart can fix connectivity issues. Restart your laptop and see if Bluetooth is detected afterward.
  • Update Bluetooth drivers: Outdated or incompatible Bluetooth drivers can cause connectivity problems. Visit the HP Support website and enter your laptop's model number to find the latest Bluetooth drivers for your specific device. Download and install the drivers, then restart your laptop.
  • Check for physical switch or button: Some laptops have a physical switch or button that enables or disables Bluetooth functionality. Look for such a switch or button on your laptop and ensure it is turned on.
  • Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter: Windows includes a built-in troubleshooter that can automatically detect and fix common Bluetooth problems. To access it, go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Under "Find and fix other problems," select Bluetooth and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Reset Bluetooth settings: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting the Bluetooth settings on your laptop. Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices. Under "Related settings," click on "More Bluetooth options." In the Bluetooth settings window, click on the "Options" tab and then click on "Reset." Confirm the action and restart your laptop.
  • Check for interference: Bluetooth signals can be affected by nearby devices or environmental factors. Move your laptop away from other electronic devices, such as wireless routers, cordless phones, or microwaves, and see if that improves Bluetooth detection

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
