Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

my download speed is 45 on my computer but my download speed on my iphone is 208 and my ipad is 200.  is something wrong with my computer?

What is your computer ? Many computers only have slow network cards and very hard to replace them on many cases.
