my pavlion 15 -e039tx notbook preinstalled with windows 8 and upgraded to windows 10 not able to

Wifi after upgrading to windows 10

 

all remedial action seen in online communities have been checked .but still problem exists

Hi:

 

According to the parts list for your model, it comes with a Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter.

That model wifi adapter has known issues with W10 as it is old technology, and there was only one W10 driver released for it, which you can install below and see if that gets the wireless to work.

Here is the W10 Bluetooth driver for that wifi adapter...

If that doesn't get the wifi card to work, I suggest you upgrade the wifi adapter to this model which has current driver support for W10.

The card is readily available on Amazon or eBay.

 

Do your search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
