My printer is now for 2 weeks unavailable and I don't know what to do to solve the problem. It's connected to my internet but it's not responding and I try to printer. When I open the App there always the same message saying that the printer isn't avaivable

  • Restart Router: If restarting the printer doesn't work, try restarting your wireless router. This can help reset the network connection and resolve any temporary issues.
  • Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually check for firmware updates through the printer's settings menu or the HP Smart app.
