I sent a doc to the printer that I have never had a problem with and it will not print, The printer screen shows the following: service station stalled. I have rebooted the computer//the modem// the printer and i have reinstalled the printer but still nothing will print and the screen message is the same, I dint have a clue as to what happened. Nothing will print from the ipad either, the printer does show the docs in que??

@Alljaze, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The error message could be due to the carriage jam. I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays to isolate and resolve the issue.

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
