Hi my laptop seems to have lost its wifi capabilty. My product number is K7R25EA#ABU.
I noticed i had to keep restarting my laptop to get wifi to work, ortherwise it kept asking for ethernet.
Then today while i was using the laptop my wifi went off and i could not connected to network. so i restarted my router and still would not connect. Then i restarted my laptop but no wifi icon was coming up. when ever i run trouble shotting it tells me to connect using the ethernet
If i go to... control panel>network and internet > network and sharing center> change adapter settings> it only shows "bluetooth network connection " and "ethernet" and no wifi option
Help please.
