Product: Probook 4710s

Basically before all this  my wireless connectivity was off and i could not turn it on so i tried to clean it after a miserable clean i turn it on then it shut down , then went up again the lights were blue so i thought it fixed the problem no it  did not .  my wifi did not turn on so i troubleshooted it , the laptop said  that my wireless connectivity is off ??? what should i do
