HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4W0AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I installed windows 10 on 15e-eq2063nu. I tryed those drivers: https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/closure/hp-15.6-inch-laptop-pc-15-e2000/2100372089/...

There were no error massages. I rebooted. I still don`t see any wi-fi adapters in the control panel, I see only bluetooth network connection.

Please help.

Hi:

Installing the AMD chipset driver should install most of those devices.

You want the first driver listed under the W10 section:

4.08.09.2337

AMD Ryzen™ and Athlon™ Mobile (Chipset) Drivers & Support | AMD

I doubt any of those devices have anything to do with the Wi-Fi adapter not showing up unless it is due to the missing SMBus Controller driver.  That does control some internal motherboard connections.

Hi:

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with a Realtek RTL8822CE wifi adapter.

HP Laptop 15s-eq2063nu | HP® България

This is the latest Wi-Fi driver HP has for that model adapter:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp140001-140500/sp140207.exe

In the device manager, is there a device labeled as a Network Controller with a little ! mark next to it?

If so, that is the Wi-Fi adapter in need of a driver.

If the above driver doesn't work, and you see the Network Controller device, please post the hardware ID for it, so I can figure out what model it is, since it must not be what the specs indicate.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com)

If you don't see a Network controller device and the Wi-Fi doesn't work, I recommend you contact HP support and submit a support case under the warranty if you cannot return the notebook to where you purchased it from.

The Wi-Fi card is most likely defective.

I tryed to install https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp140001-140500/sp140207.exe , there was no error massages, but it didn`t worked. In device menager I see only bluetooth under network adapters, but there are 5 Unknown devices under Other devices

I worked. Of course I should first install chipset drivers bevore doing other stuff.
