Hi, @thinlex

The parts list for your model indicates that it comes with an Atheros AR9485 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi adapter.

If the parts list is correct, then you need this wifi driver for W7...

This package contains the driver installation package for the Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 Series wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Hi

Please delete the serial number of your HP 14-r032tu Notebook PC from your OP.

Did the PC come with W8 originally?

Is it an Intel adapter, or some other make/model?
