Hi:

 

According to the product specs for your notebook it did not come with built in Bluetooth, or that feature would have been listed along with the 802.11b/g/n WLAN wireless connectivity specification.

 

Compaq Presario CQ60-615DX Notebook PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with an Atheros wireless network adapter.

 

If you can't connect to wifi, the only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest Windows 7 wifi driver for the Atheros wifi adapter your notebook has.
