Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have changed from wifi provider. 

Now i can't get my printer connected to the new WIFI.... so I can 't do anything with this printer....

 

I've pushed the wireless setup button for 5 seconds, my printer is flashing purple but my computer and phone can't seem to find my printer....;

 

What do Ido now?

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
