Hello, I will briefly explain my problem. In general, I forgot my laptop password and deleted all data by resetting everything to factory settings. After I reset everything, Wi-Fi disappeared (before that I had it) I thought that there was simply no driver for Wi-Fi and decided to download it, but it’s not there (I didn’t make a mistake with the laptop model) in the end, everything was a breakthrough, I didn’t I could find drivers for wifi, it was written on the Internet that my laptop does not support wifi, BUT I HAVE WIFI BEFORE WINDOW RESET. Please help me solve this problem, it's a total mess

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive.

Since you will have to use the tool on another PC to create the installation media, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window to create the recovery media.
Your PC's product number is: 7SC39EA#ACB
