I am having trouble with my pen. when i charge it it only has a white light and i know when the pen is white its fully charged. the issue is that when i take the pen off charging and try to use it it does not work on my screen. i tried the pairing method as well but it is not showing me any lights when i press the button. if it possible to replace it? or any way to fix it? btw there is not a place i can switch batteries, pls help out if u have the same model. thanks!
the pen model is: Spen hp 04
