Hi. i cant make my printer to work, it says: "there is problem with printer or ink system" Any help its appreciate it!

I understand the printer is in error state, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors to resolve the issue.
If the error persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
