Product: HP OfficeJet 8702
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have used the HP Officejet printer for a few years and suddenly it will not connect on my network. .  I have gone thru all of the online help and support that I can find , including restoring it to factory default... and it still will not connect.  I am getting an error message as follows : "This feature has been disabled.  Contact the person who set up the printer."  That person was me and I have  no idea what happened or why or how to remedy it.  Can anybody offer suggestions?

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
