HP Recommended

We just changed internet providers and everything in the house updated to the new provider except for our HPOfficeJet 5200 All-in-One Printer.  I have searched for the wireless network and entered the password and all seems good. But I cannot print to it from my Mac desktop or my phone.  It says printer error.  I have deleted printers from my Mac and tried to add a new one but it cannot find it.

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
