Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Dear Users,

For about 4 weeks I have problems with the UE BOOM 2 Logitech bluetooth case. I can no longer associate my device with my hp probook 430 g2 (windows 7 professional service pack 1) PC. Previously I had no problems in the association and I was able to use the cashier. I then removed the device from the PC and the next attempt to associate I could not connect them. I have asked for help with Logitech but have done a hard reset, but there is an error: "I can not add the device to my pc. Adding the device failed ... Authentication error ..."

I tried connecting the case to the phone or the ipad and there are no problems. Cases software is up to date.

I've upgraded bluetooth drivers and made a win win 7 win by following Microsoft's instructions, but I did not fix it.

Does anyone have any advice to give me?

Thanks for the attention,

Maurizio
