Hi All, i have just get my HP Pavilion ( HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg3204nw) - without OS. I have just tried to install Win 11 - but I cant see Wifi connection at all
How can I turn it on ?

Hi:
Most likely W11 does not have the Wi-Fi driver included in the installation files.
That presents a problem since you have to have an internet connection to continue setting up W11.
However, there is a trick you can do to get around that issue and that is to set up a local account.

Then you can install the Wi-Fi driver afterward and everything should be OK.
I can't find any specs on your notebook, but it probably comes with the one of the Realtek Wi-Fi 6 adapters.
Here's the latest driver for whatever model Realtek Wi-Fi 6 adapter your notebook comes with:
