bonjour

 

J ai acheté l imprimante hp deskjet 2723e et je rencontre un soucis

 

Quand je veux scanner n importe quel document ou photo, cela me scanne que des lignes, la lampe du scanner fonctionne et j ai déjà réinitialiser l imprimante et le problème persiste toujours
