Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

We have an HP Elitebook Folio that started getting a "This site can't be reached" error repeatedly when on an airplane using their wireless - usually GoGo.  It would show that there was a wireless signal and the sites were those that were regularly visited.  The error would go on to say that "www.Xsite.com took too long to respond".  

 

Now the error is happening more and more frequently when using WiFi, and the Internet is a bit slow, though still strong enough to load the website.

 

There must be some kind of setting somewhere that needs to be tweaked?  Or is there hardware failing?  

 

At the bottom of the message it says "ERR_TIMED_OUT".  

 

Any advice would be most appreciated since this is becoming quite frustrating as it refuses to load websites that we need for conducting normal business!
