The Ralink Bluetooth does not work on the newer builds of W10.

 

Here is the link to the W10 driver but it won't work.

 

MediaTek (Ralink) Bluetooth Software Driver

 

11.0.761.0

You will have to either replace the wifi adapter with one that has full support for W10 or use a USB Bluetooth adapter.

 

This wifi card may work in your notebook:

 

Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo   HP part # 724935-001
