I've received a printer from a relative. I've registered it with the internet info. It shows in touch screen. But when I try to set up account for automatic ink program, it says the printer isn't connected to the internet. It's near the router, shows as a strong signal, shows all of the relevant info on the printer screen. Why does it say the printer isn't connected to Wi-Fi?

You have to set it up. It won't connect until you allow to (with password). Please use the following Guide to connect

Thanks! I did set it up and it shows as connected on the printer. I get the not-connected message when I try to register for Instant Ink, which is, of course, the only way the printer will operate. The screen shows all of the info for the router, shows as connected, but the Instant Ink registration doesn't recognize it for some reason. Any assistance will be appreciated.
