Product: HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0053dx

The mouse on win11 will not highlight correctly, cut, do left click correctly, paste correctly, hovering issues half the time just doesn't work. How can i back date and not have to do reinstall to win10 when all worked well? or fix it - which i cannot find online yet. I have tried 3 mouse types and updated all drivers.
