tengo un problema con mi hp

hola  tengo probelma con mi laptop p me pide que ponga una contrseña del propietario pero no se que poner e la  quenta del propietario que me pide mi compu y en cada paso que toco para restaurar mi equipo me pide lo mismo que la foto me ayudan por fas gracias20201007_090130.jpg

Hi, @Franco2003 

 

Your notebook should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

You will need to have access to another Windows PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer on it, and a 32 GB USB flash drive to use the cloud recovery tool.
