Hello Windows 10 has been updated, it has been standing for a long time. After updating, the wireless driver is missing. Rollback helped for the time being until it created an automatic restore point. Manually, it also does not help to install the driver, deleted it, rebooted and not what.

@Rommel1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Reinstall the drivers from device manager:

1. Click Start, and enter Device Manager into the Search field. Click Device Manager.

2. Double-click the Network adapters category.

3. Right-click the name of the Network Adapter and select Uninstall.

4. On the "Confirm Device Uninstall" window, click OK.

5. When the network adapter software has been uninstalled, restart the computer. The computer will reinstall the device driver software.

6. After the computer restarts and completes the installation of the device driver software, try connecting to the Internet.

If the issue persists, install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
  2. Check for updates.
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

Also, check for any pending windows updates.

Restart the computer and keep tapping F2 repeatedly on startup to enter system diagnostics.

Select the component test and run a wireless test on your computer.

If the test fails or does not detect the wireless card, you can try reseating the wireless module or contact our phone support to check on the service options available for your computer.

If the test passes, restart your computer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thanks for trying to help. I tried everything and nothing helped. One friend suggested that until Windows 10 is updated to assembly 2004 all attempts will be empty, but only today it was updated and everything worked right away. I'm sorry that I did not answer right away, did not want to shake the air in an empty place. Thanks again.
