bluetooth not working and troubleshoot says laptop isnt bluetooth capable

What is your omen 15  ? I believe all omen 15  machines have Bluetooth.  Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine


             https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108


Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

yes it is omen 15 and it used to work but now its not found on the laptop no way to turn it on in settings, tried reinstalling drivers tried everything still not available , not even there in device manager
