ZBook 15u
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have had the following happen multiple times.

HP update automatically downloads and installs to my Z-book laptop.

I lose internet.

Windows reports cannot load a driver for a newlay found device.

Checking Device manager shows that it is my wireless hardware that has stopped working.

Turning wifi off/on via keyboard button does not resolve the problem.

Rolling back using System restore to prior to update being installed immediately restores wifi and internet.

Last time this happened:

16:06 :34 Intel PROSET/Wireless Software Uninstall

16:06:52 Intel PROSET/Wireless Software Uninstall

Problem resolved after:

16:41:27 Restore Operation Undo
