Hi @KUSATYAM70

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're facing a persistent issue where your device is unable to connect to your Wi-Fi network and shows the message "Can't connect to this network". There are a variety of potential reasons why this might be happening. Let’s walk through a series of troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:

1. Restart Your Router and Device

Sometimes, the issue could be with a temporary glitch in the network.

  • Restart the Router: Unplug your router for about 10-15 seconds and plug it back in. Wait for it to fully restart.
  • Restart Your Device: After restarting the router, restart the device that is having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi network.

2. Forget the Network and Reconnect

If your device has saved the network settings, it might be trying to connect with outdated credentials.

  • Forget the Network:
    1. Go to the Wi-Fi settings on your device.
    2. Select the Wi-Fi network you're trying to connect to.
    3. Tap Forget (or remove) the network.
  • Reconnect:
    1. Reopen the Wi-Fi settings and select the network again.
    2. Enter the Wi-Fi password if required and try to reconnect.

3. Check Wi-Fi Network Settings

Make sure the Wi-Fi network is functioning properly and there are no restrictions or issues with it.

  • Check Other Devices: Ensure that other devices (phones, computers, etc.) are able to connect to the same Wi-Fi network. If they are also unable to connect, the issue might be with your router or network itself.
  • Wi-Fi Settings: Ensure that your router’s settings are not blocking the connection, especially:
    • MAC Filtering: Disable MAC address filtering if enabled.
    • Wi-Fi Security Settings: Ensure that your router is using a standard Wi-Fi encryption (like WPA2 or WPA3) and not an outdated one like WEP.

4. Update Device and Router Firmware

Outdated firmware can sometimes cause issues with Wi-Fi connections.

  • Update Device:
    • Make sure your device’s software is up to date, as an update might resolve connectivity issues.
  • Update Router Firmware:
    • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your router by logging into the router’s admin page (usually by typing the router's IP address into a web browser, e.g., 192.168.1.1).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
