Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My wifi card in my 7EF28AV is only giving me 112 mbps speed.  The wi fi card installed is:

realtek rtl8821ce 802.11ac pcie adapter.  This should generate 433mbps?  Can I change the wi fi card in my 17 inch laptop?
