wi-fi connection keeps disconnecting

Hi everyone, I have a problem with my HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop notebook - 16-a0021nl, in short it always disconnects from the wi-fi network after 2-3 minutes it reconnects and I can't find a solution. I updated the wi-fi card from device management, I uninstalled and reinstalled it to no avail, I formatted, reset the computer and updated it and nothing or used the HP tool, performs network diagnostics, resets the wi-fi card adapter " the connection comes back but then disappears again, always the same story, how can you solve the problem?

Other than upgrading the Wi-Fi card to a better, more reliable model, the only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest driver HP has for the RTL8822CE Wi-Fi adapter.

If you want to upgrade the Wi-Fi adapter, this model should work:

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # L35282-005.

The manual shows the Intel AX201 is a supported card, but since it is a CNVi card, it will only work if your notebook originally came with that model card, which it did not.

The Intel AX200 is not a CNVi card and should work fine and has the same performance specs as the AX201.

There is also this service teardown video which should also be of help.   

Be very careful when removing the thin and delicate antenna wires from the Wi-Fi adapter.

That is, I updated the driver as you told me ... and by doing some tests I realized that the problem of the wi-fi disconnecting occurs while it is powered only by battery because with the power supply it seems to be fine, and to get it back the connection I go into windows network diagnostics reset wi-fi card and it connects again. in the settings of the REALTEK RTL822CE wi-fi card - in energy saving the options are deactivated, can anything be done? If there are no solutions, can I post the link to the wi-fi card to make sure I get the right one? Thanks

If you have unchecked the box to save power, unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

I don't know what options you have in the Windows control panel>system and security> power options.

You may want to check if there are any settings in there for the wifi.

Yes, that is the card.

Notice that the SPS# on the card's label matches the HP part number of L35282-005.

That denotes it is the non-vPro version of the card which is what you need.
