wi-fi nao conecta. o sinal da rede esta ok, sinal do not esta ok. conecta pelo hostpost mas nao conecta wifi. ja atualizei, desliguei e liguei, procurei ajuda no suporte e nada adiantou. alguem pode me ajudar

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, the Atheros Wi-Fi adapter your notebook comes with is not supported for W10.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W7 driver for it which was the last one that Atheros released for the model Atheros Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has:

 

Atheros 2011 Wireless LAN Driver

 

9.2.0.444

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp54501-55000/sp54972.exe 

 

If that doesn't work, you will have to purchase a USB Wi-Fi adapter because the internal card cannot be upgraded.

 

This model is dual band and has Bluetooth:
