Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After resetting the network in the (Network and Internet Settings) panel
The laptop rebooted after 5 minutes.
Then I found that the WIFI button in the lower right corner was no.

As if it had never been there, the WIFI button is also missing from the quick access control panel when editing.Снимок экрана 2021-04-14 233939.png2SQSmBAK.jpg

@9LAM

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  1. In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.

  2. In the Device Manager window, double-click Network adapters, right-click the name of the wireless adapter, and then select uninstall device.

    Update driver  selection

Restart your computer and check the network functionality.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
