wifi card upgrade

HP Pavilion 13-r010dx x2 Detac
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i was woundering if i can upgrade the wifi card on this devise from "Broadcom BCM43142 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi + BT 4.0 Combo Adapter (part# 753078-005)"  to Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 ( part# 751416-005)

Page 15 lists both the parts so both of them are compatable

thanks, i have one more question whats the difrence between 751416-005 and 751416-001 0A or 751416-001 0C

751416-005 is the rite part for your unit, the other part numbers (751416-001 0A or 751416-001 0C) like tis is created sometimes as backup parts or region specific due to aviliability issues.
