Hi @Amandeep7,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If your HP laptop’s Wi-Fi is not working, here are the steps to help you fix it:

1. Check Wi-Fi Toggle

  • Press Fn + F12 (or the key with the Wi-Fi icon) to toggle wireless on/off.
  • Make sure Airplane Mode is off in Settings > Network & Internet.

2. Run HP Network Diagnostics

  • Open HP Support Assistant.
  • Go to Troubleshooting > Network Check.
  • Follow the prompts to diagnose and fix Wi-Fi issues.

3. Update or Reinstall Wi-Fi Driver

  • Press Win + X > Device Manager.
  • Expand Network Adapters.
  • Right-click your Wi-Fi adapter (e.g., Realtek, Intel, MediaTek) > Update driver.
  • If that doesn’t help, choose Uninstall device, then restart your laptop.

4. Reset Network Settings

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network Reset.
  • Click Reset now and restart your laptop.

5. Check BIOS Settings

  • Restart your laptop and press Esc or F10 to enter BIOS.
  • Ensure Wireless LAN is enabled.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
