Microsoft Windows 11

Wi-Fi gets disconnected randomly and when I try to reconnect, It says no networks found. Restarting the Laptop will show the available networks again and I can connect once the laptop restarts. Here's a screenshot of my network adapters.

I see you are experiencing Wi-Fi issues with the HP Victus Notebook.

I have a few recommendations

Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
Try updating the network drivers from HP.COM
You can do Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.

I have Victus by HP Laptop 16-e0352AX. It's just 10 days old. All these common troubleshoots do not work. I have seen this is a very common problem in victus. More forums keep popping up about this. It may be either a hardware or software issue. HP needs to find a solution to this or at least acknowledge it so we customers don't have to keep running circles around it.

Meanwhile I am using an external Wifi adapter and it works well. Better than being disconnected once everyday in midst of work.
