Does your LG have Data ? If yes, please use following steps from your phone:
(a) Settings,
(b) Touch Connections,
(c) Touch Mobile Hotspot and Tethering,
(d) Turn On it will display SSID and Password.
Now from your computer
(a) Click wireless icon (bottom right corner),
(b) Locate SSID from (d) above,
(c) Enter password from (d) above and tick connect automatically.
