wireless card

hi 

i just bought a router that suports 5 ghz and 2,4 ghz .but my laptop just supports 2.4ghz and now i would like to upgrade the chip so that it supports 5ghz,but the problem is i dont know which one to choose and ehine one is the best. so the options are 

1st-WLAN 7620 11ac+BT4 2x2 NV HMC (NMA)   

2nd-Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 802.11 ac 1×1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter (MOW)   

3rd.-SPS-WLAN 802.11AC+BT4 2x2 7260NV HMC MOW   

so anyone having a better knowledge,woud you mind givng me some advice.

I see that you're wanting to upgrade the wifi adapter which supports 5GHz radio. 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

• What is the exact product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Even you can use an external wireless 5GHz adapter USB adapter to enhance the internet speed.
