From what I can find there is no HP driver support for Windows 7 on your model they're listed for 8.1/10 only.

Hi:

You need these wireless and bluetooth drivers...

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp70501-71000/sp70616.exe

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp73001-73500/sp73091.exe

Controleur de codage décodage:

Here is the driver you need, but you will need to manually install it as follows...

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66501-67000/sp66974.exe

Download and run the above driver.

Then go to the device manager and click on the Controleur de codage décodage needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp66974.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

Then reboot the PC.

PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_7814:  Install both of these drivers and reboot.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp68501-69000/sp68651.exe

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66406.exe

Graphics:  See if the first driver on the list works for you...or if you want the minimal setup (driver only) use the 2nd one.

Everything seem to work fine except the Graphics..

Is there a simple HP

"sp.......exe"

file for it?

With only the driver?

I installed the whole package and it just doesnt work : it is VGA basic driver

You're very welcome.

Since your notebook is not supported for Windows 7, or for 32 bit operating systems, there is no HP graphics driver I can find for the graphics your notebook has.

Did you try the 2nd file (12.3 MB) which is just the basic graphics drivers?

Please give me one other bit of info so I can try one last ditch effort to see if there is something we can do to get the graphics to work.

Go to the device manager and click to expand the display adapters device category.

Click on the standard vga adapter.  Then click on the details tab at the top of the standard vga adapter window.

Now you should see a Property drop down list and it will be set to device description.

Drop down on that list and select the 2nd item (hardware ID's).

Post the top string of characters that you see in the window.

Hi:

Unfortunately, I can't find a driver to match that hardware ID.

See if running the AMD auto detect software from the link below finds anything.

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

If not, I recommend you install a supported 64 bit operating system (Windows 10).

No it doesnt work

Instalation works and then just nothing. still VGA

I found what it is :

A-series apu with R3 graphics

Is there really no way it could work on 32? 😞

That is sad, a 64 runs slow on it

Yes, I am very surprised HP does not support that model with W8.1/W10 32 bit drivers.

Having a 64 bit operating system running on only 2 GB of memory (and I checked the service manual, you can't install any more), will definitely make the thing run slower.

But there is no graphics driver, so I don't think you have any other option but to run W8.1 x64 or W10 x64 using the HP drivers found there.

OK

Thanks a lot for your help,

I'll go 64 bit then 😉
