Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi HP,

 

I am experiencing the following issue with a notebook model 15-f305dx which is running Windows 10.

 

Synthoms:

 

1) The computer turns off sudenly everytime.

2) The BIOS does not save changes but it just keeps datetime properly set.

3) The Operating system never booted even the factory installation never worked.

4) I see the following message during the startup: System board information is missing or invalid.

 

Its sounds like something from the BIOS is corrupted. Any suggestion on how to fix that from a technical perspective?
