Hello AndreiD

@GPU-2

Welcome to Forum !!

As per the specifications of your PC, it has Intel Celeron N2830 with Intel HD Graphics (2.16 GHz, 1 MB cache, 2 cores)

Please check here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04389453

Intel Celeron processors can only support upto 8GB only.

Intel Core family processors will support upto 16GB.

See here : https://ark.intel.com/products/81071/Intel-Celeron-Processor-N2830-1M-Cache-up-to-2_41-GHz

Also its part of the Bay Trail-M platform. And has 1 slot: DDR3-1333MHz Dual Channel Support (DDR3L-1600 downgraded to DDR3-1066)(Bay Trail processors)

So you may try upgrading to 8GB or 4GB single module by removing the 2GB existing on your PC.

Part numbers :

691740-001 N 4-GB memory module (PC3L, 12800, 1600-MHz)
693374-001 N 8-GB memory module (PC3L, 12800, 1600-MHz)

The manual problem is generic, so it is advisable to check with the crucial tool.
