15ac142dx product information not valid the following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid system board (00A) system board CT number, enter - continue startup please visit www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup

 

found a help page that said shut computer off, restart and as the computer is restarting tap several seconds the escape key, it didn't work, the same warning error page came up suggesting my system board CT number is missing or invalid but nobody has been inside my computer....even if I find my CT number....how/where do I input it ?
