Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Help upgrade to W/10 from W/8.1 all i have now is hp on screen can not see or do anything else. Not smart really need. Help please Thank

I understand you've upgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 10 and now the PC doesn't go past the HP logo screen,

Don't worry, I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate solution I need a few more details:

What is the product number of your device? Click here for details

How did you upgrade the OS, did you do it via the internet or did you install any retail versions of the OS?

 

In the meantime, please follow the steps mentioned here:
