yesterday i bought a 3g evo wingle which is plug n play no need of any software to initiate or make connection it also has ability to share internet through its hotspot.

yesterday i plugged in and started surfing internet (after pluging in it showed ethernet internet) aeroplan mode was on.but after some time suddenly ethernet sign(box with an antenna) was disappeared and aeroplan was there. After that time i can't simply plug evo in and use internet i have to turn on wifi and connct to evo's hotspot .
i went to shop from where i bought it but he told me it is drivers problem as he could use my evo by plugging in and through ether net connection.
i am uploading pics in first pic  it is plug n play(wifi is off just evo device is connected)
Screenshot (192).png
while in second wifi is connected to evo (as it does not connect itself ).

plz help me . . i want it to plug n play so that i can use it even when wifi is off
