Hi, I am having an issue with an 8440P, when I boot it up, it gives me this "Product Information is not valid". Does anyone have any ideas on what to do from there or how to enter the information? Any tips are appreciated, thanks!

I think you'll ultimately need to contact HP Support for help with this, but the document will guide you through finding the CT number that the support agent will need in order to help you.
System board has to be programmed to get this resolved.Please contact HP support to get the programming done.Programming requires a special software which is available only to HP techs
