8440P Product Information not valid

HP Recommended
8440P

Hi, I am having an issue with an 8440P, when I boot it up, it gives me this "Product Information is not valid". Does anyone have any ideas on what to do from there or how to enter the information? Any tips are appreciated, thanks!

Hi @Lee01MN,

Please try the steps in this support document: Product Information Not Valid Error Displays before the Computer Starts

I think you'll ultimately need to contact HP Support for help with this, but the document will guide you through finding the CT number that the support agent will need in order to help you.

I am an HP employee.
Please click the thumbs up button to say "Thanks!"

Dear Customer,

System board has to be programmed to get this resolved.
Please contact HP support to get the programming done.
Programming requires a special software which is available only to HP techs

**Click the White Thumbs Up Button on the right to say Thanks**
