8GIG UPGRADE. GOT A CRUCIAL 8GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM. WHEN I INSTALL IT . IT WONT BOOT UP

HP 15-F272WM
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i BOUGHT THIS 8GB FROM CRUCIAL CT102464BF160B.M16FP/8GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM  1.35V  CL11. WHEN I PUT IT IN AND TURN IT ON THE SCREEN LIGHTS UP AND THATS IT. I PUT THE 4GB BACK IN IT BOOTS UP. I CALLED CRUCIAL TECH SUPPORT AND THEY TOLD ME TO DOWN LOAD THE LATEST BIOS UPDATE WHICH I DID, STILL DONT BOOT UP. CAN ANYONE HELP ME. THANK YOU.

Please send back to Crucial and ask them to supply the following RAM (CT9016742)
